Friday Night Happy Hour
St. Patrick's Day is upon us!! We're partying in style for Happy Hour this Friday night, 3/17 at 5:30pm with a split party for families and adults. Market Café will serve complimentary food by the bite at 6pm, and guests are welcome with standard guest fees.

Family Happy Hour on the indoor field will ring in a March Madness celebration. See if you have what it takes to make the game-winning basketball shot... all while your chair is twisting and turning on the Buzzer Beater Benchwarmer mechanical inflatable! It's the first time the Club has featured this attraction, so it's sure to be a hit.

In the adult-only Staircase Lounge, the traditional Celtic band, Ceol Mhor will join us for an authentic St. Patrick's Day sound at 6pm! But they're not just another Irish band. They play the hammered dulcimer, flute, tin-whistle, banjo, mandolin, English concertina, bodhran and spoons, and vary their repertoire with reels, jigs, hornpipes, polkas and airs, with floating vocals added to the mix. It's quite the experience! Visit their website to learn more about the band, and come check them out live!

Tasting Event Next Tuesday
Sidekix Saucy Asian Grill returns to the Club next week for the March Tasting event! Come to the Staircase Lounge on Tuesday, 3/21 from 6pm-8pm for free food by the bite, and live music by Dave Hawkins. Dave has 14 recording releases and a broad fan base of folk and Celtic music, and will take the stage at 6pm - visit his website fore a preview

Market Café will host an optional wine tasting (fees apply), and one free guest per membership is welcome to join you. Email Julie Goodchild or visit the member service desk on your next visit to the Club to RSVP before Monday, 3/20 at 12pm; this event often sells out quickly, so register early!

He'll join us on Thursday, 4/6 at 7:30am for an early-morning discussion about players to watch and expectations for the upcoming season. Guests are encouraged to bring a business card to drop in a prize drawing for Reds memorabilia; email Julie Goodchild to register before Tuesday, 4/4 at 12pm.

HMR at the CSC
Jumpstart Your Weight Loss
The Cincinnati Sports Club has teamed up with HMR Weight Management to offer the Healthy Solutions program, which US News & World Report has ranked as the #1 Fast Weight Loss Diet for 2016. Most diets offer weight loss... but that's only the beginning. Weight management is about losing the weight for good, and learning to thrive with a healthier approach to your day.

Our first group of participants is four weeks into the program, and has lost a collective 180 pounds! Come see what it's all about with a no-obligation information session, offered weekly on Mondays at 12pm and Tuesdays at 6pm. Email program coordinator Kelsey Garrison for more information!

Now at Market Cafe
HMR is a weight management program that focuses on meal replacements, including healthy shakes and entrees. The basic structure is 5+2+3: five servings of fruits and vegetables, 2 HMR entrees, and 3 HMR shakes per day.

Visit Market Café for their stock of shakes and bars; the 120-calorie shakes have 12 grams of protein, and are available in chocolate and vanilla. The bars have 10 grams of protein, and are available in iced vanilla crunch, chocolate peanut butter crunch, lemon crisp and double chocolate chip.
