IRS Has Refunds Totaling $1 Billion for People Who Have Not Filed a 2013 Federal Income Tax Return
The Internal Revenue Service has tax refunds from 2013 that must be claimed by April 18th, 2017, or time will expire to file a return. Pennsylvania estimates 39,400 taxpayers who have yet to file a return to claim an estimated $41,078,000 in refunds, with an average refund of $835 per return.
