CCIA Highlights
LETTER FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
For over twenty years, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory's (NREL) Industry Growth Forum (IGF) has been the nation's premier clean energy investment event.

As a partner to the event, we look forward to attending the Forum April 13-14, 2017 in Denver. The two-day conference features presentations by 30 clean technology startup companies, panel discussions and breakout sessions led by industry experts, and organized networking opportunities with leading investment firms and corporate partners. We're excited to watch Colorado's own Vartega and Forge Nano present at the 2017 IGF!

This year, in addition to the standard IGF program, NREL is introducing  Emerging Markets Day on April 12 in partnership with USAID and USTDA. This day-long matchmaking forum for emerging market energy ventures and investors takes place prior to the IGF. If you are a clean energy venture seeking series A-C capital or an investor seeking the next scalable investment target, check it out here.

Sincerely,
Chris Shapard
CCIA Executive Director

This important bill doubles the amount of existing tax credits ($1.5 Million/yr for an extra 5 years) available for qualified investors to invest in innovative start-up and early stage companies. Next stop is the Appropriations committee.
