DEADLINES AND REMINDERS:
For businesses and trusts, your deadline for submitting information is Sept. 1
For individuals, your deadline is Oct. 1
Please use your PORTAL to securely submit information to us, and if you need assistance, email Katie or call her at 303-951-6020 -- we also have a list of Portal FAQs on our website
When receiving documents via the Portal, please read through all ACTION ITEMS and don't forget to return all state e-file authorization forms
We must have a signed Engagement Letter and completed Tax Questionnaire to finish your individual tax return
If you haven't submitted your 2015 Tax Organizer/Questionnaire, it will still be available on your Portal
We do not accept photos of tax forms taken by phones
Please submit all tax forms, including the HSA forms (1099-SA and 5498-SA) and Colorado 529 plan year end statements
IMPORTANT for 2016 tax returns, the Colorado vehicle registration receipts will have the fees listed on the back side, so please scan both sides for us

Back-to-school season presents another opportunity for IRS impersonators. Beware of phone calls demanding payment for a bogus "Federal Student Tax."
Remember, the IRS will
never call to demand immediate payment, threaten law enforcement, or ask for credit/debit card numbers over the phone!
