Advocacy in Olympia and D.C.

Clark County youth speak at prevention policy days in the State and U.S. Capitols.

Students who attended the National CADCA Leadership Forum in Washington D.C.
met with Senators and Representatives on February 8th  to speak about the prevention issues in their high schools and communities. On February 20th, students from all over Washington State attended Prevention Policy Day in Olympia. Students from SW Washington spoke to their elected officials about Tobacco 21, a bill that would increase the legal age of nicotine products to 21. The students were well-received and heard by our legislators. We are very proud of our young leaders!
