Tips for a Greener Residence Hall
Take advantage of natural light as they sunlit days start to get longer! During the day, challenge yourself to keep the curtains or blinds open! You can save energy by not turning on your overhead lights, and help your physical and mental health! Research studies show that natural light increases your body's Vitamin D storage, increases productivity, benefits vision, helps you sleep, and can improve mood.
