I know we are all ready to leave this Winter behind us, but to celebrate the last day of Winter, Chef Ryan and his team have cooked up a great menu, sure to comfort everyone in your family!

Baker's Showcase to include an assortment of freshly baked rolls, coffee cakes, scones, fruit and cheese danish, just to name a few. Assorted cereals, granola and Greek yogurt.
 
 
Crispy Bacon and Roasted Breakfast Sausage, Truffle Parmesan Breakfast Potatoes (Crispy Yukon Golds tossed with Truffle Oil, Parmesan Cheese, and Fresh Rosemary), Crab Oscar Egg Scramble (Lump Crab Meat, Asparagus, Hollandaise), Peaches and Cream French Toast (Sliced Peaches, Sweetened Cream Reduction, Melba Sauce, Fresh Whipped Cream)

It's officially Spring, and even with all this snow, Chef Ryan and his team have cooked up a great refreshing menu for tonight. So, pretend like the flowers are in full bloom and the air is fresh, and come on in and enjoy everything they have to offer! 

Our buffet includes a make your own salad station complete with Italian relishes, grilled vegetables, crudites, cheeses, and Italian meats. Our soup tonight is Chicken & Dumpling
 
 Our chef's have also created the following entrees and side dishes to compliment our carving station and create your own pasta station:
