Mishloach Manot Fundraiser
Thank you so much to all those who volunteered to make the Mishloach Manot campaign so successful. Thank you to Mrs. Mashiah, Mrs. Cheuk and Mrs. Jacobs for purchasing the materials and packaging the beautiful bags. Thank you to Mrs. Marina Segal for taking the orders and making the distribution lists. Thank you to Morah Dianne for coordinating the deliveries. Thank you to all the volunteer drivers for delivering the packages, and thank you to all the donors who support Akiva with their donations!
We are still looking for more volunteers to deliver the packages. If you are able to help either  today or  on Sunday please let Morah Dianne know.

Grade 5-9 Girls Shabbaton
Thank you to Morah Greenwald for organizing and leading an incredible girls Shabbaton this past weekend. There were so many people who made it possible including Rabbi and Morah Miller for hosting the Friday night meal and oneg, The Ullman family for hosting sleeping accommodations, Mr. and Morah Safren for hosting the Shabbat day meal, Rabbi Rose for chaperoning in the afternoon, and the Greenwald family for hosting Seudah Shlishit. The Shabbaton was made extra special by three girls coming from New Jersey, Chaya and Riva Miller and Shani Nadoff. The achdut and spirit among the girls was remarkable and the impact of the weekend will surely be felt for a long time.
