See you in the Circle!
WINTER MARKET WEEK #4

"Agriculture  is the most healthful, most useful, and most noble employment of man."
                                                                                                                       -George Washington

Throughout these coldest months of the year, grocery store shelves are filled more and more with food from hundreds, if not thousands of miles away. It's at this time that eating locally becomes a much more deliberate choice. Our vendors are still in the circle every Saturday loaded with local foods; meats, breads, veggies and much more. It's up to us as consumers to make the conscious decision to support them, and in doing so support our health and the integrity of our local food system. Eating locally and sustainability can happen year round, come out this Saturday and take part!

This week's vendor line-up includes:

  1. Asbury Village Farm
  2. Breakaway Farms
  3. Easton Salsa Co.
  4. Fieldstone Coffee Roasters & Tea
  5. Flour Shop Bakery
  6. Primordia Farm
  7. Purely Farm
  8. Scholl Orchards
  9. Stagecoach Apiaries
  10. Valley Milkhouse
