1.  Please help this disabled abused man receive a divorce

Our client has only been married for four months. Last month, he had a stroke that rendered him paralyzed on his left side. His right leg was amputated six months ago due to diabetes. Two weeks ago, he said his wife began abusing him by spraying Lysol in his face. He has since left the marital home and needs your help filing for divorce. (17-0008061)

3.
Help this homeless woman defend her adoption case

This homeless woman resides at Jessie's Place with a low-paying job. She needs help defending the adoption case of her three children against their grandmother. This is a St Clair County case and may only require one court hearing. ( 17-0007638)

4. Please help this woman through her divorce with her incarcerated spouse

The client's spouse is currently incarcerated in federal prison for a gun charge and has had prior felonies, including murder. The parties have been married two years and have no children or property. Please help woman through her divorce. (17-0008066)

5.  This verbally abused mother needs help with the divorce process

This woman has had to move out of the home to get away from her abusive spouse, who does not provide financially for the family. The client feels threatened by spouse and wants to protect herself and her four children. (17-0007658)

6. Please help this client fight a 3rd party creditor claim

The client has had some past due medical bills and was sued in District Court, where the client came up with an agreement to pay off the debt. The medical company sold the client's debt and now the 3rd party creditor sent a letter to accelerate the debt. The 3rd party's creditor will not recognize the agreement between the client and the medical company, and has filed the collection on the client's credit report. (17-0008116)
