Fulton Mansion State Historic Site
Mar 11 - 10am-4:pm - Harriet's Garden Festival- Come celebrate the arrival of spring at the Fulton Mansion.  Vendors will sell garden and nature-inspired products such as plants, jewelry, stained glass, and pottery.  Enjoy talks and demonstrations by the Master Gardeners, a bonsai tree artist, and an expert in flower arranging. Food trucks will be on the grounds, and David and Barbara Brown and the Celtairs will provide live music. Children and adults alike will enjoy games, crafts, a kite flying contest, and cake walks.  Experience a unique Victorian Tea (fee charged and reservations required).  
March 27 - 10:00 am-11:00 am - Parlor Chat Series-  Book club, FREE, Join us in March as we discuss selected books related to Victorian home and family life in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.  March's book:  The Victorian Life:  Modern Adventures in 19th Century Culture, Cooking, Fashion, & Technology by Sarah A. Rising above the Aransas Bay and surrounded by stately live oaks, Fulton Mansion State Historic Site is located in the resort area of Rockport-Fulton. The house must have appeared incredible in 1877, as it does today, with its mansard roof and ornate trim. Interior gas lighting, flush-toilets, and other refinements were progressive and luxurious elements for this part of Texas history. Mansion hours are  Tue-Sat 10am - 4pm and Sun 1-4pm Visit the Education and History Center Tues-Sat 9:30-4:30pm. Pool is open at 10am. The park houses an 8 Lane, 25 yard pool (heated to 86 degrees) and diving area,  a bathhouse, towel warmer and swimsuit dryer. Aransas Pathways
Mar 4 - 9am -Trail walks will be guided by Kris Kirkwood, a Texas Master Naturalist and Native Plant Society of Texas member who has spent the last 16 years studying Texas Coastal Bend native plants and wildlife. Walk in coastal woodland & prairie habitat the first Saturday every month. Meet at the trail-head entrance at Ivy Ln Wildlife & Birding Sanctuary, 489 Ivy Ln, Rockport.

Aransas Pathways  is your pathway to Birding, History, Kayaking and Hike and Bike Trails. Pathways Center and Bridge at Tule Creek - Open Air Pavilion with interpretive signage explaining all aspects and venues. Located immediately north of Walmart.
