What to expect 
As we grow the EPIC Affiliates Program you will receive regular communications about upcoming seminars, conferences, recruiting events, E4 Carolinas events, and EPIC Cluster Council (ECC) meetings. Check out the events section to see what's coming up. If you have events you'd like to share please email them to  [email protected]

Through these emails we will also inform you of upcoming deadlines, such as for Senior Design projects, proposals for international or graduate students, career fairs, etc.

Collaboration opportunities, participating in task forces or advisory groups, panelist and speaker opportunities, and student mentoring requests will also appear here.

Several of your membership benefits are available throughout the year. 
  • Post your job openings on our website: Let your HR colleagues know that we will post your company's job openings. Just send us a link to the position and the time frame to keep it online.
  • Need access to our labs? Affiliates have preferred access to all EPIC labs. Contact us for more information or to schedule. 
  • Looking for a conference room outside your company? EPIC's conference rooms are available for our Affiliates, and university catering can cater to your food and drink needs. Contact us to schedule.
  • Share your events with the other Affiliates and our larger emailing list. Send us a link to your event and we will promote it.

EPIC Affiliates Career & Internship Fair
April 13, 2017, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

The EPIC Affiliates Program is hosting a career and internship recruitment event for its members. The event will take place in the lobby of the EPIC bu ilding on April 13, 2017 from 10am-2pm. All Affiliates are invited to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to interact  with and recruit engineering students for internships or full-time positions. 

The event is only open to EPIC Affiliates and it is free.
