"Never in a million years would I have guessed that I could ski with MS."

A blizzard couldn't stop Joan and 17 other people with MS and their support partners from an experience of a lifetime this past weekend!
Can Do MS, in collaboration with the MS Achievement Center at Dignity Health, brought an inaugural, multi-day adaptive ski program to Squaw Valley, CA. The program included three educational seminars and two days of skiing.
Joan, who attended with her husband Michael, had an amazing experience with their co-participants and adaptive instructors from Achieve Tahoe.
Jimmie's
can do spirit came alive in all of our adaptive ski participants this past weekend, and we hope to see them back on the mountain again soon!
A big thank you to all our SKI for MS fundraisers and donors for helping to make these adventures possible for our program participants.
