Weekly Creative Wellness
Hello!
Happy March!
This week we have daylight savings time. Don't forget to adjust your plans and get ready for more light and longer days!

It's an honor to be a part of your journey. Be kind to yourself.

Warm wishes,
Beth Ann

Remember enjoy the process and let go of the product.
Life is process...life is art. :)

Art Journal Prompt
How does the light impact you?
Seasonal Affective Disorder, often called SAD has a strong impact on many, causing sad mood, low energy, irritability and many other struggles.

For some, the time change is tedious, while for others it is a welcome to more light and the start of longer days. This week create a journal entry focusing on the light. Focus on your feelings about the light...daylight. Explore with collage, pull pictures that resonate to you.

Let your process happen, leave your critical voice outside.
Journaling is an ideal place to honor your process. Listen to your body, mind and spirit. During the process take care of your needs. Take breaks if you need to. When you have finished free write in reflection to your piece and process.

If you'd like to share your  final piece EMAIL ME a JPEG and I will post it to inspire others!

Halotherapy
a.k.a. salt-therapy
While this story is a couple of years old, this trend of Halotherapy has not dissolved. In fact it has been around and utilized for millennia. I am going to be investigating soon. I will report back!
