Keeping Promises
Joshua Danziger, the 5th grade class president, took it upon himself to buy new balls for the playground. As part of his campaign platform he promised to have ice cream parties throughout the year for the students. In order to fund this promise he began a 'go-fund me' effort. He made so much money that he decided to give a portion to charity. "I felt like it was my duty to give a portion of the charity money back to the students in the form of playground balls so they could have more fun" he said. "I would like to thank the parents and students for donating to the campaign. I would also like to thank my VP Ariel Lagnado and my chief executive assistant Jacob Silberlicht for helping me raise money. I hope my friends will have a lot of fun".
