Who Am I?
Give me a book to read or take me to the beach and I'm one happy individual. I love to visit museums, enjoy traveling, and could walk the world barefoot; and be as happy as a lark! My favorite color is red and I play an instrument. In school, you could find me in the marching, concert, and pep bands. I was in the 4H Club in school and a cheerleader.
I'm easy going but I don't like large crowds. If you offered me chocolate cake, ice cream, cheeseburgers or sweet potato pie, I would politely decline because those are my dislikes. Who am I?

"Negro History Week" turn into "Black History Month"
In February we commemorate the start of Black History Month. In February 1926, historian Carter G. Woodson, known as the "Father of Black History" launched the celebration of "Negro History Week," which would become known as Black History Month. Nearly a century later, the National Museum of African American History and Culture stands at 350,000 sq. feet at the heart of our nation's capitol- paying homage to the contributions of many, such as Carter, who broke barriers for Africa
n Americans throughout history.

Eagles Rock Communion of Christian Leaders (ERCCL) will host a Pastors & Leaders Marriage Retreat - "To Have and to Hold Forever," beginning Thursday, March 16 to Saturday, March 18th.
