Telco Retirees Association Newsletter

www.telcoretirees.org

1st Quarter 2017

There is a lot to cover in this newsletter including a recap of the Annual General Meetng, and morel   I urge you to read each article carefully, as there is a lot to be learned in each.

Attendance at this year's General Meeting was light, primarily because of the weather. However, it also made the odds of winning one of three raffle prizes very good!

We are looking at a new area for our newsletter- personal stories submitted by members like you.  The Reconnections newsletter, which many of you receive, has been doing this for some time and it's been quite popular.  You can send stories to me at the emai address below, or to Carole Hansen at [email protected].  One article will be selected by the Board of Directors for the next and all subsequent issues.  With such varied and rich backgrounds, you, are members, certainly have some great stories to share.

Marty Webb, VP AT&T and our own Monte Baggshad a telephone discussion (see Monte's article in this issue) wherein Marty indicated he'd try to come to our General Meeting next year- so cross your fingers and hold on to your hats!

Send us some stories and enjoy 2017!
