Effective Monday, April 24, 2017,the  Behavioral Health System Baltimore(BHSB) office will be located at 100 S. Charles Street, Tower 2, 8th floor, Baltimore, MD 21201.  Our move will happen on Friday, April 21st; however, we will not be closed.  Staff will be accessible via email and cell phone.

1. When is BHSB moving? BHSB is moving on Friday, April 21st. As a result, BHSB will not have an office location on this day, and phone lines will be down. BHSB staff will still be accessible via e-mail and cell phone.
2.  Where is BHSB moving?  BHSB is moving to the Bank of America building at 100 S. Charles Street, Tower 2, 8th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21201.
3. How can I reach BHSB during the move?  BHSB will be accessible via e-mail and staff cell phones on Friday, April 21st. By Monday, April 24th, our main phone line will be up and running again.
4. Will BHSB get new phone numbers? BHSB phone numbers will not change. The main phone line will be unchanged: 410-637-1900.  Staff direct and fax lines will also remain the same. (Please note that on April 21st, our main phone line and all BHSB office and fax line extensions will be down.)
5. Will the move disrupt payments to providers?  The Contracts Management System (CMS) will be fully accessible to providers during the move. Provider payments will still occur on the 1st and 15th of the month.
6. When do I send mail to the new address for BHSB?  Mail should be sent to the new address effective April 20, 2017.
