Quality Starts Up Front.four
Unlike our competitors, Valley Custom Door does not cut corners when it comes to the structural integrity of our doors. First, our assembly staff uses traditional clamp carrier gluing, then inspects every single door frame and panel. We allow the necessary dry time for panel and frame materials to ensure joints are secure, and also to avoid sinking glue joints in solid raised panels. In addition to quality frame joints and panel seams, we use rotary clamp carriers for "pinless door assembly" ensuring there will be no unsightly pin holes to fill on our doors.

When you take a closer look at our assembly, it's clear ... we don't sacrifice quality or structural integrity!

Our cope and stick clamp carrier allows us to dry doors effectively without the use of pins.

The mitered door clamp carrier, designed just for mitered doors, also helps us maintain strong quality joints with pinless gluing.
