Book Your Flight to Europe via Frankfurt, Germany on Condor

As part of the largest U.S. expansion in company history, Condor Airlines is offering sale fares on nonstop flights to Frankfurt, Germany from Pittsburgh International Airport.
 
Flights will be offered twice weekly on Monday and Friday beginning June 23 on a Boeing wide-body 767-300. From Frankfurt, passengers can connect to other top destinations in Europe including Prague, Rome, Barcelona and Amsterdam.

All Condor passengers receive complimentary checked baggage, complimentary beverages and meals and complimentary in-flight entertainment.

Flights from Pittsburgh to Frankfurt start as low as:
  • $329.99 (one-way) in Economy

OneJet Doubles Nonstop Flights to Richmond and Louisville

OneJet, the air transportation network that provides increased access to nonstop travel in small and medium size markets, has announced additional flights to two existing markets from Pittsburgh International Airport. 
 
Beginning April 3, OneJet will add second daily flights to Richmond, VA and to Louisville, KY, reducing travel time to one hour on average.

The routes are part of a rapidly growing list of OneJet destinations from Pittsburgh including:
  • Hartford
  • Indianapolis
  • Milwaukee
  • Cincinnati
  • Albany (Starting Soon)

The additional flights to both cities are now on sale.

Airport Authority Releases Annual Report, Outlines Plans for Future 
 
The Allegheny County Airport Authority has released its Annual Report to the community, which is an interactive synopsis outlining air service and passenger growth increases, terminal improvements and stabilized financial position at www.flypittsburgh.com/AR16.

The report was unveiled at the 2017 State of the Airport program Feb. 22 attended by 200 people. At the event, CEO Christina Cassotis outlined an 80 percent increase in nonstop flights over the past two years, a three-year trend of increasing passenger traffic and four years of lowering costs to airlines.

"We have left behind the declines of the past to become a thriving origin-and-destination airport that reflects our revitalized region," Cassotis said.

Airport Officials Representing Pittsburgh on National Stage

Airport Authority CEO Christina Cassotis joined a select group of airport leaders from across the U.S. on March 1, in testifying before Congress about infrastructure needs and funding challenges facing medium-size airports like Pittsburgh International.

Additionally, Bryan Dietz, Vice President of Air Service Development, has been named to a new working group for the U.S. Department of Transportation on Improving Air Service to Small Communities.
