March 2017
We'll admit to having a bit of "spring fever" here at Owl's Hill - the promise of wildflowers, budding trees and shrubs PLUS all the great programs! Sky Hunters will showcase our beautiful resident owls and our special bird of prey guests will take to the sky for a flight demonstration. The weekly Wildflower Hikes are lead by veteran naturalists - Denis Lovell & Richard Hitt.

There are also several special events coming up (so keep an eye out on Facebook and our website).

And don't forget about Summer Camp! The deadline to take advantage of the discounted rate is March 1st.  Registration is limited for camp, so sign up soon!
Upcoming Events

Weed Wrangle®-Nashville , is an annual, one-day, citywide volunteer effort to help rescue our public parks and green spaces from invasive species through hands-on removal of especially harmful trees, vines and flowering plants. These include bush honeysuckle, Chinese privet, autumn olive, English ivy and winter creeper.

Join us on  March 4, from 9 - noon to help Owl's Hill combat the invaders! We'll also be planting native species in the riparian zone (i.e. along the creek)

Weed Wrangle is sponsored by The Garden Club of America and The Garden Club of Nashville
