Collaboration Masterclass: Facilitating Successful Team Outcomes - March 24, 2017 - NYC 

Today we are expected to produce outcomes interacting with other people on a team. Actions and results are shaped in these interactions.

In this workshop, we offer skills to increase your capacity to work successfully in collaboration with others on a team to achieve greater business success.

We use interactive exercises that hone skills of collaboration and influence - i.e. how to shape a team for maximum desired impact. Practices address active listening and suspending judgement that builds skills to change the course of our team outcomes.

Who is the work for?  Any individuals or teams who want to increase and enhance their capacity to successfully work in collaboration with others to capture exceptional business results.
