Life is quirky. Mysterious and sometimes crunchy. We know that there is an ultimate flow and order, but how does that help us when we have questions?

The above picture was taken this afternoon in my driveway as we took a walk. The snow seems to have pulled up from the ground and curled around itself. How on earth could this happen? How on earth does anything happen?

Well, for starters, it's all energy. The energy that you give off in any given moment can be felt by others around you, but also within the great fabric. When you shift your mindset about an idea or surrender the weight of a burden to the collective, there is a field of energy that vibrates. And life changes for all of us--just a little bit.

It works the other way, as well. When order is being made in the fabric of the collective consciousness, we can feel it within us. Great ease within us is not accomplished alone. It is with the grace of those who came before you, those who have yet to come, and those presently living who are holding a space for your shift.

This is the heart of intuition. Intuition is a co-creative experience. You are sensing what is to come, before it has happened, because the ripple was made in the fabric. Intuition is the bridge between the conscious mind and the unconscious mind. It can be felt, described and even shared. That being said, i t can be challenging to lean into the invisible, even though the mystery is what keeps bringing us back, time and again to ourselves.

At some point we just have to admit that WE ARE the same energy that is all and knows all. Your skin, tissues and bones just give your energy form.

So, back to our questions. As you ponder the next steps in your life or even your day, let's first be clear on this: YOU ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWER. If you have enough awareness to feel the pull of the question, there likely has already been some movement in the collective to create the dissonance that you sense between what IS NOW and what might be. Matter is made by the unconscious becoming conscious, so here are some tips to help deepen your bridge and your intuition:
1) Start keeping a dream journal. Dreams are a powerful way that we come to clarify what is already moving toward us.
2) Meditate. Stillness and quiet, is a rich soil for sensing what is greater than our conscious mind.
3) Ask you body. Yes, ask your body how it feels about a certain situation and see how it responds. There may be a statement or a sensation or even a movement that you can feel as an answer.

Change happens while holding the hand of Spirit. You never came up with idea first. If you feel a pull or push, you are part of the flow, and it's time to pay attention.

Final Thought:

"Life is a journey of being turned upside down so that your inner world becomes more prominent than your outer world. So that you work on the world from behind your eye instead of what is in front of your eyes. You let energy turn into matter instead of matter turning into energy."
