Awards will be made in these categories and presented at our 6th annual Watershed Milestones Reception on May 24 at Globe Dye Works: Friend, Educator, Municipal Leader, Youth Champion, Corporate Steward, Non-Profit Steward, Legacy Award.  Click here to submit a nomination. D eadline: Monday, April 3.

Ready to experience the outdoors? Become a Delaware River Watershed Fellow this summer!

TTF is a member of a network of Environmental Centers throughout this important watershed. Supported by the William Penn Foundation, the network  seeks to hire 23 young adults , ages 18-24, as Delaware River Watershed Fellows. This is an exciting new effort to train watershed stewards from within our communities. Application deadline: March 24, 2017

See how maple syrup is made with Environmental Educator Judith Gratz. Learn what makes maple trees special, and why we can use them to make pure maple syrup. "Tap" a tree and watch maple syrup being made. Taste pure maple syrup on a waffle! Dress warmly for one-hour lesson. FREE family-friendly event!

Connect people to our creeks by marking storm drains to keep pollution out of our waterways. Group leaders:  j oin us for a free hands-on training in either Philadelphia (East Oak Lane)  or Cheltenham!

Pi ck up your materials, learn how to lead a storm drain marking, and enjoy pizza after!

HEALTHY TRAILS 5K 


Our 5th Annual Healthy Trails 5K run/walk in Tacony Creek Park is on a fully paved, stroller-friendly trail beginning and ending on the Friends Hospital Campus. Bring the family! Flyer here.
