*We have combined our 8U and 6U  leagues upon the recommendation of the Dallas Stars Metro Hockey League and Dallas Stars Travel Hockey League Director. Kids will be placed based on ability, not age.

Hockey Summer Camps at PHC
Summer 2017

It's never too early to make plans for summer camps. The Pond Hockey Club is a  cool  place to be during June, July, and August in Austin, Texas.  More details will be announced soon, but here is a quick preview:
  • The Pond Hockey Club will host two of our own signature week-long camps. The first one will be June 5th-9th, 8:30-4pm. Sign-ups coming soon. 
     
  • Former Texas Stars player Francis Wathier will be returning to Austin this summer to offer a week-long camp. July 17th- 21st, 8:30-1:15pm. Sign-ups coming soon. 
     
  • Pro Ambitions, ranked the top camp for kids in the country by Sports Illustrated, will be hosting their famous "Battle Camp" at the Pond Hockey Club in August. August 14th-18th, 8:30-4pm. Ages 6-16 yrs old. To sign up, click here.
     
  • Eric Nates will also host his Euro Hockey Summer Camp at the PHC this year. June 19th-23rd, 8:45am-3pm. Ages 7-16. To sign up, click here

St. Patrick's Day Tournament
March 18, 2017

Please join us at the rink on Saturday, March 18th for a little post beer drinking day adult hockey tournament. 

Proceeds from the tournament will go to the Shootout Foundation, a non profit organization that  supports youth and sled hockey programs in Austin.

Learn to Skate & Learn to Play
Spreading the joy of playing hockey to more Central Texas kids!

We currently have 50 young hockey players learning to skate and play hockey in our Sunday morning program for beginners. It's so exciting to see so many kids trying the sport. 

Our next group starts April 1st. If you know someone that you think should try hockey please let them know about this program. Specific information will be sent out next week. 



Power Skating Coach

The Pond is currently interviewing Power Skating Coaches to assist with all of our youth programs and our Adult Academies. Please email Jamie Matthews at [email protected] if you are interested in the position.
