Please help us in celebrating the achievements of Bennett Anderson, CLS class of 2016. Bennett recently finished his adventure with the Boy Scouts and is now an Eagle Scout. These requirements need to be finished by the time a boy turns 18 and Bennett finished them up before his 15th birthday! Roughly 4% of scouts make it to this level so this is a huge accomplishment! Bennett's road started roughly ten years ago when he was a first grader at CLS. It culminated with his Eagle Project in where he re-built the school library at Whittier Elementary. The goal was to come up with 200 new / gently used books. Bennett finished this task with almost 2,000 books donated to a school with many holes on their library shelves. Great job, Bennett! His persistence and dedication are a solid example to all students that you can set your goals high and achieve them when you are focused on your objective. If you see Bennett in the near future, be sure to congratulate him on this monumental achievement.
