NDA Member Survey

In last week's survey we asked a few questions regarding the factors that impacted the number of deer you killed during the 2016/17 deer hunting season. For those who killed only one deer or less, the most common influencing factor was the decision to be more selective about what deer to shoot and passing others - being chosen by 48% of respondents. The next most influential factors were a lack of deer (29%) and a lack of time (20%). On the other side of the coin, for those who killed more than one deer, the greatest factor was an abundance of time to hunt (58%), followed by having access to quality habitat (47%), and finally by having a management or food-related need to kill more deer (45%).

This Week's Survey
