Ferrell's Auto Repair 7390 El Camino, Atascadero
I am the proud owner of a 1993 Bronco, original owner. Now I am trying to maintain and upgrade to its original condition. The problem is finding a mechanic who can work on and understand older vehicles.
After calling around the local auto shops, I found Ferrell's Auto shop that understood the issues I was facing. Mainly how to decide what to replace, effect of rust over time on bolts (one had to be drilled out), and what to just leave alone.

Expect to see more sales, mergers of Paso wineries,
study says
"IT’S A DESIRABLE GROWING AREA THAT’S EVERY BIT AS MUCH IN DEMAND AS NAPA AND SONOMA"
Rob McMillan, author of the State of the Wine Industry report
Paso Robles’ vineyards and wineries are ripe for outside investment, but they also enjoy a high level of support from the local community.
Those are two insights from Silicon Valley Bank’s annual State of the Wine Industry report, a survey of more than 500 wineries that serves as a barometer of the industry.
Paso Robles saw sales of a few properties over the past year — and it could see more. The report forecasts a continuation of the flurry of mergers and acquisitions in the industry over the past few years.
“It’s a desirable growing area that’s every bit as much in demand as Napa and Sonoma, especially because of the good value for the quality of grapes and wine,” said Rob McMillan, who founded the bank’s wine division and authored the report.
McMillan said he expects to see more deals like O’Neill Vintners and Distillers’ 2016 purchase of Robert Hall Winery as interest rates remain favorable and baby boomers look to retire.

Local Real Estate Viewpoint
By: Ron Johnson Associate Broker
NAR, National Association of REALTORS® is reporting that January's existing-home sales show the fastest seasonally adjusted annual sales growth in almost 10 years. Locally, sales growth is stable primarily due to very low inventory of homes for sale.
I recently ran an analysis of a starter home, homes in the 1000 to 2000 square foot size in Paso Robles. For the year 2015 compared to 2016 there was a 10% increase in median home price.
There is a high demand for median priced homes.
