We are proud to support Philly Youth Basketball (PYB), a dynamic, non-profit enterprise that creates opportunities for young people, especially those from under-resourced communities, to develop their potential as students, athletes, and responsible and engaged citizens.
PYB hopes to raise $25 million to build a sports and education complex on part of a forsaken piece of property known as the Logan Triangle.

SEPTA's proposed extension of the Norristown High Speed Line to King of Prussia will result in the addition of 17,000-29,000 new employees in King of Prussia over 20 years, according to new analysis released in December by Econsult Solutions, Inc. and the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia.
The Connecting KOP study quantifies benefits associated with SEPTA's King of Prussia Rail Project including job growth, shorter commute times, reduced congestion, and increased development.

Wilmington Land Bank Approved
|
The City of Wilmington's City Council gave final approval to a proposal to create a land bank for Wilmington.
Based on ESI's analysis, the Land Bank will be able to generate a net fiscal impact to the City of $1.5 million to $2.2 million per year once capitalized at full capacity.

ollaborated with Susan Wachter, professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, to publish a white paper for the Penn Institute for Urban Research (Penn IUR).
Titled "
Philadelphia's Triumphs, Challenges and Opportunities ", this paper highlights the historic trends that led to Philadelphia's improvements in terms of growth and economic development and elaborates on the keys factors that contribute to the City's current challenges as well as opportunities for future progress.
