The Business Law Advisory Council (BLAC) has released its final report to the Ontario government outlining priorities and recommendations for reform of Ontario's corporate and commercial legislation, including the Arthur Wishart Act, 2000. The final report was submitted to the Ontario Minister of Government and Consumer Services (MGCS) and can be found here.

The CFA provided feedback by way of a written submission in response to the Fall 2016 Draft Report, the content of which was based on the work of CFA's Legislation and Regulations Review Subcommittee. 

CFA and the Legislative and Regulations Subcommittee will review the final report, determine next steps and report back to members.
