Shave to Save Event for Pediatric Cancer Research

2:00pm to 3:30pm (Eastern) on T and U visas and the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), immigration relief for victims for human trafficking, domestic violence and other serious crimes. This webinar is intended for community-based organizations, social service agencies, immigration practitioners, and advocates.

Food4OurKids Summer Program
The Palm Beach County Food Bank (PBCFB) is now accepting applications for the summer portion of Food4OurKids!
The summer portion of Food4OurKids provides takes place during the summer months when children are out of school and there may be less access to food programs that families rely on during the school year. PBCFB provides backpacks and shelf-stable food to camp sites to distribute to their campers each Friday afternoon. The backpack contains enough food to sustain the child and the child's family for the weekend.
Last year the program took place at 32 camp sites, and served 2,500 children. This year PBCFB hopes to serve 3,000 children and their families.

Did you know that it is illegal to discriminate in the sale or rental of housing because of race, color, religion, age, familial status, disability, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or marital status? The Palm Beach County Office of Equal Opportunity's mission is to enforce local, state and federal civil rights laws. Help the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches (RAPB), the Palm Beach County Office of Equal Opportunity and the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc., to educate the community on fair housing issues by creating a poster, essay or video.
Cash Prizes for:
Grades 3-5 (Theme: Create a poster)

Field of Hope / National Day of Action
Survivors, family, friends, & professionals are invited to write/then read (optional) their expressions on a flag which is then placed in the ground. The flag display will be filled with these white written word flags plus the number of teal flags which represent all victims served in 2016. One large flag will represent the 85% of those victims who did not reach out for services. There will be food, a mask making table, other stations and music to support this unique survivor speak out. Looking for Mentors to mentor scholarship students at Glades Central High School. We need 4 male mentors and 1 female mentor.
Our mentoring program is school based only. Mentor once a week at the student's school during lunch at least three times a month. Do not miss out on this experience to "Change a Life over Lunch" You will make a difference that will last a lifetime for these students.

Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice (you may know us as Hospice of Palm Beach County) has been caring for our community. Our compassionate professionals provide hospice care for families facing serious illness. We also offer grief support to any family that has suffered the loss of a loved one.
