Exposure Response Prevention Therapy for OCD 

Please join us for a 3 hour continuing education training approved for 
Social Workers, Counselors AND Psychologists.

Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) has been a liberating and successful treatment modality for countless individuals suffering from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Become a part of this revolutionary solution by learning how to treat OCD with ERP.  
During this training, you can expect to strengthen your ability and confidence with diagnosing and treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Specifically, you will learn how to:
  • Recognize and properly diagnose Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
  • Correctly identify obsessions and compulsions (including mental compulsions)
  • Discuss theories of the etiology of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
  • Improve client commitment to treatment through psychoeducation 
  • Discuss theory of ERP
  • Discuss and demonstrate steps of ERP 
  • Guide families to be supportive with treatment
Continuing Education Credits: This program qualifies for 3 hours of CEU credit for Social Workers, Professional Counselors and Psychologists.
