FFEU's Congressional Reception welcomed New Ethnic Members of Congress at the U.S. Capitol Building, in Washington D.C. In addition to the new Ethnic Members of Congress present at the reception were returning members of Congress, and foreign dignitaries including the Ambassadors of Albania, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Hungary, Namibia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

FFEU President  Rabbi Marc Schneier offered blessings and opening remarks at  Reverend Jackson's Rainbow PUSH Coalition & Citizenship Education Fund's 20 th  Annual Wall Street Project Economic Summit, at  the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York. This year's discussions focused on "Strengthening and Redefining Inclusion and Equality in the Corporate Marketplace".

Thousands of New Yorkers representing a myriad of backgrounds and faiths converged in Times Square, joining a coalition led by Russell Simmons, Rabbi Marc Schneier, and Imam Shamsi Ali, in a demonstration of support for the American Muslim community.




Governor Cuomo Meets With Jewish Leaders To Combat Anti-Semitism | 02/23 | NYC

Governor Andrew Cuomo announced new actions to combat hate crimes and anti-Semitism across New York State after a meeting with 50 Jewish community and interfaith leaders, including Rabbi Marc Schneier and Imam Shamsi Ali, at the Museum of Jewish Heritage in Manhattan.


Sadaqa Tsedaka Project | 02/26 | Paris, France


FFEU European Director, Samia Hathroubi,  organized a new round of the annual Sadaqa Tsedaka Project, where 15 Muslim and Jewish children joined together for a common cause, preparing and distributing lunch boxes for migrants and homeless in Paris.



I Am Jewish, Too - Digital Campaign | 03/02

In the beginning of this month, in a fraternal response to the "I Am A Muslim, Too" rally in support of Muslim Americans and the obstacles they face today, Muslims stepped out to protect their Jewish brothers and sisters after the attacks on Jewish cemeteries, in a campaign started by #MASO - Muslims Are Speaking Out.
