Please join us beginning this Friday, March 3, for the Sandusky Central Catholic School Fish Fry. Fish Fry's are from 5:00pm-8:00pm at the South Shore Inn, located at 2047 Cleveland Road in Sandusky. Students receive a "real life experience" in entrepreneurship and operating a restaurant, with proceeds directly benefiting the school through tuition assistance, teacher compensation, athletics, capital improvements, and student services including academics, technology, the arts, and music. Last year our SCCS businessmen and women generated over $16,500 profit running a successful business! The SCCS Fish Fry runs Fridays during Lent; March 3, 10, 17, 24 and April 7. SCCS PRESENTS "THE BOY FRIEND" Sandusky Central Catholic School proudly presents "The Boy Friend." The musical is set in an English finishing school in France during the early 20th century. "The Boy Friend" follows the story of two young students who overcome many obstacles, including overbearing parents and boy crazy friends. There will be three performances held in The Kinzel Center. Showtimes are Friday, March 24 at 7:00pm and Saturday, March 25 at 2:00pm and 7:00pm. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for children and students. Tickets are available at the SCCS main entrance desk.
GENTLY USED BASEBALLS NEEDED The auction committee is looking for donations of gently used baseballs to be used for decorations at our auction, "Take Me Out to the Ballgame," on Saturday, April 1. If you have any baseballs you would like to donate, please contact Mrs. Cindy McClung at

LOST AND FOUND A lost and found table has been set up outside the cafeteria across from Mrs. Nave's room. There are many items including coats, shoes, shorts, hats, and lunchboxes. If you happen to be missing something, please take a moment to check the table.
TLC BLOOD DRIVE The Teen Leadership Corps class is hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Monday, March 13 from 10:00am - 3:00pm. The Blood Drive will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room.
The TLC class is collecting pop can tabs to benefit the Ronald McDonald House. The collection will run now through April 9. You can drop pop tabs off in the container outside of the PPC.
TLC GOODWILL CLOTHING DRIVE
The TLC class is sponsoring their annual Goodwill Clothing Drive March 6-16. They will be collecting gently used clothing and shoes.
PRESCHOOL - GRADE 8 YEARBOOK ORDER FORMS
Order forms for the preschool through grade 8 Yearbooks are available at the Main Entrance or in the Main Office for grades 6-8. Preschool-grade 5 order forms were sent home with students. Yearbooks are $25 and the deadline to order is March 3, 2017.

WINTER SPORTS BANQUET Monday, March 13, is the SMCC Winter Sports Banquet. The evening begins with dinner at 6:00pm in The Den, after which individual sports teams will be recognized in breakout sessions for their accomplishments and commitment to the Panther tradition of excellence. SMCC BASEBALL PARENT AND COACH MEETING On Tuesday, March 7, there will be meeting for parents of all SMCC baseball players at 6:30pm in the Panther Performance Center.
JUNIOR RETREAT The Class of 2018 will be taking their annual retreat March 6-7. The students will leave after school on Monday, March 6 and arrive back to school by 2:30pm on Tuesday, March 7. We are asking that each student please bring a snack to share, such as fruit, veggies, or a case of water, Gatorade or soda. This will help to supplement our basic meals on Monday evening and Wednesday afternoon. Thank you.
8th GRADE PARENT MEETING
There will be an 8th grade parent meeting for the upcoming trip to Washington DC on Tuesday, March 21 at 7:00 in the PPC.
COLLEGE CREDIT PLUS INFORMATION NIGHT
If you missed the College Credit Plus meeting held at SMCC in January, you may attend an Information Night hosted by BGSU Firelands on March 15 at 6:00pm in the CPC Auditorium. This is a community information night for any students or parents who are interested in learning more about the College Credit Plus program.
