Billy Ray of the Home Builders Association of Jackson and Brandon Elliot of the Home Builders Association of the Mississippi Coast received recognition from NAHB as being Top Spike of 2016 for Associate Members and Builder Members respectively.

Both members are very active in their local associations as well as with HBAM. We are glad to see members recognized for their efforts in our association.

Local Associations Receive Recognition
During the Board Meeting in February, local associations were recognized for their excellence in the past year by announcing the Local Association of the Year for each category.

The recipients are determined by a points system, measuring their membership growth and association participation over the last year. The size of the local association is considered when determining a winner.

2016 President's Cup Champions
2016 HBAM President Greg Smith reflected on the membership recruitment during this past year before awarding recipients of the 2016 President's Cup.

Brandon Elliot of Home Builders Association of Mississippi Coast was awarded to top recruiter for the number of members that he acquired during the 2016 President's Cup.

The deadline to submit rebates for the fourth quarter is EXTENDED to  Friday, March 3rd, 2017 ! 

The Member Rebate Program is an exclusive benefit to Home Builder Association members that allows participants to receive cash back for products they are already using.

Each quarter, members can submit claim forms for the eligible products they have used on completed homes. NO RECEIPTS NECESSARY!
