Dr. Rick Penciner  knew North York General Hospital was the place where he wanted to practice when he graduated from medical school in 1991. 

Over the years, his hospital of choice hasn't changed, but Dr. Penciner's career has been anything but static.  He has been able to shape an exciting career that straddles his two passions: emergency medicine and education.

What's the difference between acne and rosacea?
