  • There will be numerous military vehicles from WWII till the present day, including the UH-1D Iroquois helicopter which played a pivotal role in the Vietnam War and the massive "Buffalo", a wheeled mine resistant ambush protected armored military vehicle.
  • General Tommy Franks was the U.S. general leading the attack on the Taliban in Afghanistan in response to the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center. He also led the 2003 invasion of Iraq and the overthrow of Saddam Hussein. In his travels across the world, he gathered many cultural, social and geographical items from 24 Middle East and African countries: cultural dress, one-of-a-kind handcrafted items, children's toys, ceremonial items and the first democratic ballot from Afghanistan. These and much, much more have been compiled into a must see, one of a kind 60 foot long mobile museum..
  • Test out an Action Trackchair, the tank of wheelchairs! It's an all-terrain wheelchair that allows the user access to ultimate off-road experiences traversing numerous types of terrain.
  • The Machine Gun Guy is Kansas City's own expert on anything that shoots fast! You can check out and hold numerous weapons from his amazing arsenal of machine guns.
  • The afternoon events also include a presentation by FISH of a service dog to a war veteran and a recognition ceremony for the Gold Star Parents. Gold Star Parents are a spouse, parent, child or sibling of a soldier who died while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces.
  • Free food and beverages will be available for all in attendance.
