Chapter News...

A Message from
Sandi Allan, Chapter Administrator:

Hi Everyone,

It has been very busy at the ASID Chapter offices these past few months, and I'm excited to share all of the news with you.

The 2017 ANDYZ Awards opened for submissions on February 27th. The ANDYZ Committee has instituted an Early-Bird discount this year, so find your best designs from the past year, and submit before March 31st, in order to take advantage of the special pricing! 2017andyz-awards

The ANDYZ Awards has also added a brand new category called Best Showroom Design. This new category is differentiated from the typical retail designs submitted in the Best Commercial Design categories. Best Showroom Design is for designs of showrooms that cater specifically to designers, such as those showrooms located in design centers that sell  "to-the-trade". ASID Industry Partners, this category is right up your alley. If you are proud of how your showroom looks, we suggest that you submit it for an ANDYZ Award this year!

We're also excited to announce that ASID California Central / Nevada Chapter has launched a brand new website! To check it out, please visit www. cacnv.asid.org. All ANDYZ information and links for payment and submissions can be found there.

Our 2017 Election is also complete, and we're pleased to welcome our newest Board members. They will take the helm in October. Scroll down in this e-mail to find out who is "coming on board", so to speak.

I hope you have a great day designing!
Sincerely,

Sandi Allan
California Central / Nevada Chapter Administrator
