Library hosts free consumer protection class presented by AARP Fraud Watch Network
Free class offers consumer safety tips for all ages

FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA, March 9, 2017 - Steven Scheibe from the  AARP Fraud Watch Network will present a free consumer protection class for all ages at the Porter Branch of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library on Thursday, March 16, 6:30-8:00 p.m. 

This class will cover how to spot and avoid identity theft, investment fraud, and common scams. The AARP Fraud Watch Network website offers additional resources including the AARP Watchdog Alert Handbook  and the ability to sign up for email alerts.
