Andersons, Inc. (symbol ANDE), has a unique, faith-driven mission statement. The first sentence reads:
 
We firmly believe that our Company is a powerful vehicle through which we channel our time, talent, and energy in pursuit of the fundamental goal of serving God by serving others.
 
The company also posts a comprehensive statement of values that has helped guide it for, literally, decades. It includes a discussion of their beliefs and how they view customers, employees, shareholders and communities.
