Swim Lesson Vouchers Available on April 1st
The Drowning Prevention Coalition of Palm Beach County's application for free/reduced cost swimming lessons will be available starting this Saturday, April 1st, on the Coalition's website www.pbcgov.org/dpc. The $50 vouchers either entirely or nearly cover the cost of six to eight swim lessons at 18 Palm Beach County pools. The vouchers are for Palm Beach County families with children between the ages of 3 and 12 who need to learn how to swim. Families must meet certain eligibility requirements. Be sure to follow the online directions to fill out the application and email it. The DPC will notify you if your application has been received.
If you have a group, such as a summer camp or afterschool center, that needs swim lessons or if you have any questions, please email Anna Stewart at astewart@pbcgov.org or call at 561.616.7068. The vouchers are on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be available until funds run out.

If you have Medicare, don't miss out on opportunities to save on your Medicare bills. Join SHINE to learn how to save on your Medicare costs and find out if you are eligible. Also, sign up to stay afterwards for immediate, free, and unbiased application assistance for programs like SNAP//Food Stamps, Medicaid, and LIHEAP, provided by the Area Agency on Aging's Benefits Enrollment Center. Field of Hope / National Day of Action
Survivors, family, friends, & professionals are invited to write/then read (optional) their expressions on a flag which is then placed in the ground. The flag display will be filled with these white written word flags plus the number of teal flags which represent all victims served in 2016. One large flag will represent the 85% of those victims who did not reach out for services. There will be food, a mask making table, other stations and music to support this unique survivor speak out. Support your community in sharing this powerful messages of hope & healing!

Trustbridge Provides Free Grief Support in Belle Glade
Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice (you may know us as Hospice of Palm Beach County) has been caring for our community. Our compassionate professionals provide hospice care for families facing serious illness. We also offer grief support to any family that has suffered the loss of a loved one.
Please know, you are not alone in your grief. We are here to support you.
