The Board of Bar Commissioners has contracted Research & Polling to conduct a survey to provide a detailed analysis of law practice types, compensation and perceived barriers to practicing law in New Mexico. The survey is anonymous and the summary results will be available to all members. Research & Polling emailed attorney members a link and password for the survey.

2017 Jackrabbit Bar Conference The Jackrabbit Bar is an association of state bars of the Northwestern Plains and mountains including Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming. This year's conference is hosted by the State Bar of New Mexico June 1-3 at the Inn and Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe. The conference is open to anyone and a group room rate is available.

New Registration Required for Secured Odyssey Public Access System The Supreme Court has approved the New Mexico Judiciary Case Access Policy for Online Court Records to expand online access to court records for attorneys and their staff, governmental justice partners, and the press. To register as an attorney, click here and choose Public Access to Court Records > Tier 1 SOPA Applications > Attorney Application.
