"Cafe Camp"

Jr. Chefs (Ages 10-14)

9:00 a.m-1:00 p.m.

We are transforming Culinary U into a cafe run by the Jr. Chefs! Participants will learn to make and serve three different cafe-style menus. We'll learn about the station cooking system, how to call and fill orders, how to plate, how to set a table and even how to properly serve.  

Day 1: Breakfast Extravaganza- Banana Pancakes, Eggs your way, Yogurt Parfaits Plus other breakfast surprises.

Day 2: Southern Favorites menu will include Country Fried Steak, Mini Meatloaf, Mac 'N Cheese, BLT Salad, S'mores in a Cup

Day 3: Italian Pasta!  Fettuccine Carbonara, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Caprese Salads, Sparkling Fruit Salad

Day 4:  Kids choose their favorite menu of the week to make for the parents!  Each student is allowed to invite one parent to 
"dine" in our cafe at noon.   

Camp fee is $165.
