Arriving on Time
The students in Kindergarten to Grade 9 have been receiving an entry form every time they have arrived on time for school. Today, we held our first draw. Zack R. in grade 2 won the Toys"R"Us gift certificate for $20. Congratulations Zack!

The April Hot Lunch Order Form and Calendar are now available. Please return completed form with payment to the office by March 27.

There will be a sponsored hot lunch on Wednesday, April 5 for the Model Seder lunch. We will be serving Matza Ball Soup.
Staff Updates
Morah Dianne will be away next week. Thank you to Mrs. Marina Segal for volunteering to help out in the office in the mornings.

Boys Shabbaton
The Grade 5-9 Boys are looking forward to their Shabbaton this week. We welcome the 4 Yeshiva Boys from Pacific Torah Institute in Vancouver who came specially for the Shabbaton. Thank you to Rabbi Goldenberg for organizing and coordinating the Shabbaton. The boys had an amazing time at Roots2Stem lab this morning building gliders and soldering.




Daycare Dance Class
We are pleased to announce that Mrs. Julianna Enciu will be offering a  dance  class to our children. The class will take place on Fridays from 11:25-11:55 in the gym. 
 
Pre-School students are welcome to join for a fee of $30 for the 6 sessions. Please register by filling out the daycare registration form and paying $30 in the office. Pickup for Pre-School students who participate will be at 11:55 on Fridays. There is no extra charge for full time daycarechildren. 
 
The dates for the classes are in the School Calendar. Please subscribe to the calendar to keep updated on this as well as all school events.
Mishloach Manot
Thank you so much to all the volunteers who made the mishloach manot fundraiser a huge success!  We had so many volunteers helping to take orders, shop, package, and deliver the Purim baskets. We received many thank you phone calls from community members who very much appreciated the delicous goodies in honour of Purim.
Matanot Levyonim
Our Grade 4 Girls collected over $107 to distribute to the poor in honour of Purim. Yasher Koach to everyone who participated. 
Purim Carnival
Thank you to all the teachers and students for creating such great booths for the carnival this year.

Purim Concert
Thank you to Rabbi Rose for giving a Purim concert to all our students. We really enjoyed the live music and Purim spirit!
Costume Contest
Thank you to Mrs. Cheryl Wilms and the events committee for organizing a Purim costume contest.  Mazel Tov to all the winners!
Costume Parade
Our annual Purim Costume Parade was a blast! Led by our Parade Marshall, Jake Goldstein, we marched through the entire school including upstairs and outside and around while the music was blasting through the halls!

Renoir Visit
Grade 2 and 3 Students brought Purim Cheer to the residents of the Renior on Monday morning. Thank you to Morah Adina and Morah Safren for organizing the students to sing songs and make beautiful pictures to give to the residents. Thank you to the Renior for providing the bus and for the delicous cookies and grape juice for our performers!

Model Sedorim
Model Seder for Kindergarten to Grade 9 will be on  Wednesday, April 5 from  10 AM -12 PM.
