Worship & Fine Arts Internship | Application Deadline March 30   Students who've completed at least their sophomore year in college and are pursuing a career in music/fine arts, worship studies and/or audiovisual technical field may apply. It's 10 weeks from late May to early August, 2017, and 20 hours per week. To apply, contact [email protected] and submit your application.

"Ashes To Go" A True Blessing   Here are pastor stories from Ash Wednesday's "Ashes To Go":

Mitchell: "Adjacent to Publix shopping center, I served the cooking crew for Taziki's Restaurant. Though I didn't speak Spanish, I believe they understood what I was offering. The action spoke clearly when I could not." 

Eric:  "My first "taker" pulled in about 6:35. A weary-eyed woman said she had just been up all night with her elderly Dad at Crestwood Hospital, and she was so thankful we were providing her comfort with this opportunity for ashes and a prayer, as she needed to go home & get some rest."

Miriam:  "A young woman stopped and got out of her car, beaming at me as I approached. Her husband was out of town and she had been deeply disappointed that she would not be able to attend the worship service this evening as her child would have to go to bed before it began. She told me how thankful she was to have the opportunity to pray and mark the beginning of the season of lent, especially as things were very busy at home for her."

Organ Concert | April 6   Trinity Organist Christopher-Joel Carter, Sam Porter and Susan Griffin will perform in the Sanctuary as part of the 2017 Noontime Concert Series of the Greater Huntsville Chapter of The American Guild of Organists. Concert is free and open to the public.
