City Council Reorganization

The City of Villa Park is pleased to announce the reorganization of the City Council at its December 13, 2016 meeting as follows:
Bill Nelson, Mayor - Term Expires 2018
Bob Collacott, Mayor Pro Tem - Term Expires 2018
Diana Fascenelli, Council Member - Term Expires 2018
Robert Pitts, Council Member - Term Expires 2020
Vince Rossini, Council Member - Term Expires 2020
Regular Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM in the Council Chambers located at 17855 Santiago Boulevard, Villa Park, CA 92861.

Farewell to City Manager Jarad Hildenbrand
|
This week, Villa Park said farewell to its City Manager, Jarad Hildenbrand.
Jarad has been with the City of Villa Park for 10 years where he started as an Intern. Throughout his career at the City of Villa Park, Jarad has been a Management Assistant, Assistant to the City Manager and finally, City Manager. Jarad is a City Manager known for his integrity, honesty and his friendly and approachable demeanor. The staff at Villa Park City Hall has been lucky to have worked for such a bright and kind leader.
Jarad is heading to the City of La Habra Heights, where he will be City Manager. We wish him the best, and know that he will continue to excel with excellence!
In the meantime, we welcome Interim City Manager, Don Powell, to the City of Villa Park. Don will be acting as City Manager until the position is filled.

During the holidays, Americans on average generate 25 percent more waste than normal, or almost 1,000 pounds of waste per household. Remarkably, roughly 80 percent of what is thrown away during the holidays could be recycled or reused, according to the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency.
