A recent poll exposed that only 31% of employees are truly engaged, productive and accountable. The other 69% quit but don't leave. They show up, do the minimum required to keep their jobs and watch the clock and check their phone for text messages all day. Sound familiar?
I bet that a great number of you reading this right now are thinking of the names of your 31% as well as your 61% who have quit - but still come to work. You have the warm bodies of the 61% but you don't have their commitment to help you reach your practice goals.
