Something exciting is on its way to you! Next week check your mailbox for your invitation to the 20th Anniversary of our Kitchens in the Vineyards home and garden tour. Ticket sales are now underway for both Friday's Preview Party (4/28/17) and Saturday's self-guided home tour (4/29/17).

On this momentous year, tour five beautiful homes all located in St. Helena - four located within walking distance near the center of town, and a fifth estate residence a short drive away. Homes are styled by professional designers and florists whose talents highlight each home's unique character with the bounty of spring. This year's anniversary tour delights with a mix of both smaller and estate residences, and focuses on statement kitchens, outdoor entertaining, published design, and Napa Valley living at its finest. Angèle, Azzurro Pizzeria e Enoteca, Celadon, Fumé, Bistro & Bar, Hurley's Restaurant & Bar, Market, Napa Valley Country Club, Smoke Open Fire, The Springs of Napa, and TORC. 

20th Anniversary Cookbook: For this celebratory year, we are publishing a cookbook with all the recipes from previous Kitchens in the Vineyards. The cookbook will be available for purchase at each home - more details on our Web site coming soon.

SATURDAY'S SELF-GUIDED TOUR (9:30am - 4:30pm): $70



In-Town Transformation   
A small, 1950s home completely overhauled by the owner/designer to maximize indoor-outdoor living with every square foot. Modern sensibilities are warmed by a captivating alchemy of clever materials, surfaces, and textures.  



Sleek Sanctuary  
Glass walls, playful design touches, and plenty of natural light fill this modern home designed by award-winning Zak Architecture. Enter through the slatted wood dogtrot, pass the guest quarters, and into the courtyard where a lap pool and lounge area offer sleek elements that compliment the two-story main home.




Water Tower Retreat  
St. Helena's original water tower with L-shaped wings creates the footprint for this stunning retreat home. A bright kitchen with clerestory windows opens to the entertaining patio and pool area. Step over to the guest home where a red spiral staircase beckons you up each of the three stories.  



California Mediterranean    
This two-story villa blends warm, earthy elements that embody the romanticism of the South of France. A sycamore-lined, walled entry gives way to a lush courtyard with potted topiary, a pool, entertaining patio, and guest quarters.




Escape to the Estate    
This newly constructed, wine country estate home features a sumptuous blend of modern elements, open concept living, and farmhouse elegance. The park-like acre of land offers a pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and fire pit, separate guest/pool house, barn, outdoor showers, and panoramic vineyard views.

Looking for a more exclusive and luxurious tour of the homes? Join us for our very special 20th anniversary Preview Party at Robert Mondavi Winery. We start with a private, champagne guided
tour of this year's five stunning homes all in St. Helena aboard luxury mini-coaches, with wine
flowing all evening long! Return for a sunset reception and an exciting 20th Anniversary Raffle followed by a wine-paired dinner by chef Jeff Mosher in the picturesque Margrit Mondavi Room. Reserve early, space is at a premium and tickets always go fast!

Be a Volunteer!
SPOTS STILL OPEN FOR SATURDAY'S TOUR  

Each year, more than 150 volunteers execute our annual home tour, and we are still looking to fill some spots on Saturday, April 29th. Volunteers are needed for morning and afternoon shifts - either inside or outside - and for parking assistance. All volunteers receive a complimentary tour ticket. To volunteer, please contact us via our online volunteer form and select "Kitchens in the Vineyards" from the checklist, then select your area of interest. Thanks in advance for your help!

MUSIC IN THE VINEYARDS 

Kitchens in the Vineyards is hosted in support of Music in the Vineyards, our nationally-acclaimed chamber music festival celebrating its 23rd season this August 4 - 27, 2017. The festival features nearly 40 world-class musicians, colorful and informative commentary, intimate winery venues, and complimentary wine at intermission. Funds raised from both Saturday's home tour and Preview Party benefit Music in the Vineyards and our community outreach programs.
