The TC North Stars Junior A hockey team will begin playoff action the first weekend in March on home ice and we're offering an easy way for you to support the team! For an investment of $500, $1000 or $1500, participating businesses will receive year-round advertising at Centre Ice Arena, providing excellent brand exposure for your business by putting your message in front of 400,000 fans, athletes and visitors. TCFSC - Annual Ice Show "Princesses and Villains On Ice"
The annual Traverse City Figure Skating Club Ice Show will once again feature skating princesses, but this year some menacing villains will be thrown into the mix for an on-ice extravaganza that will be a treat for all ages.
Presented by Traverse City State Bank, "Princesses and Villains On Ice" will take place at Centre Ice Arena Friday, March 10 at 7:00 pm and Saturday, March 11 at 11:30 am and 4:30 pm. Come dressed as your favorite princess or villain and get your picture taken with the cast for $5.

Lady North Stars Update:
As of the last weekend in January, the U19 Lady North Stars were 12-6-1 on the season, ranked 5th in the state according to MyHockeyRankings.com making them the highest ranked team from Northern Michigan in the U19 Division.
With one former Lady North Star already committed to Davenport and three more being recruited by various colleges, the program will send girls off to play college hockey for the third straight year. Stay tuned for more details.
The U12 girls are off to another fine season after moving up to the U12 division in the Little Caesar's Michigan Girls Hockey League (LCMGHL). As of the last week in January, the U12 girls were third in their division with a 3-3-2 record.

Two recent fundraisers at Centre Ice were hugely successful in terms of both attendance and donations.
Veterans Cup:
The 4th Annual Veterans Cup on January 28 - Bay Reps vs TC Central Trojans - proved once again to be an emotional tribute to area Veterans and an excellent fundraiser for Mid-Michigan Honor Flight and Grand Traverse Area Veteran Coalition
raising over $24,000! The Trojans beat the Bay Reps 4-2.
Guns N Hoses: Also celebrating its fourth fundraiser, Guns N Hoses
raised
$13,817.23 for Sean McDonald and family. Playing to a packed house, Team Police beat Team Fire 9-5.
