Amendments to the zoning code

In direct response to feedback from permit counter customers and Denver residents, we have proposed a series of text amendments to the Denver Zoning Code.
To ask questions or give input on these changes, come to room 1.D.1 at the Webb building (201 W. Colfax Ave., Denver) during the times below:
  • Friday, Feb. 10, 8 to 9:30 am
  • Wednesday, Feb. 15, 11:30 am to 1 pm
Small lot parking amendment moves to City Council review

A steering committee convened by Councilman Albus Brooks has created an amendment to the zoning code to revise off-street parking requirements for development on lots under 6,250 sq. ft. 
The amendment cleared Planning Board review on Feb. 1, and is now scheduled for review by City Council.  Expected timeline for City Council review:
